Relax Kids

Elly is passionate about supporting children to understand and manage their emotions. Using proven, research based techniques which aid to reduce anxiety, build confidence and foster a positive mindset, children can become more resilient and able to express themselves effectively and confidently.

Children who attend Relax Kids classes can learn lifelong skills for happiness and tools to manage their emotional journey through life. Individual support is offered and regular group sessions are available nearby. Relax Kids classes are packed full of fun activities, stretching, breathing exercises and finish with quiet relaxation.

NDIS families are welcome.

Relax Kids is adaptable and can be facilitated in schools and clubs and is suitable for children of all ages.


